First: Exchange Policy
Products purchased from Three Store may be exchanged in the following cases:
Damaged Product:
If the product is found to be damaged, it may be exchanged (subject to product availability in stock) without any additional shipping fees. Three Store will bear all shipping costs related to the product.
Incorrect Product Received:
If the customer receives a product that does not match the purchase order, it may be exchanged (subject to product availability in stock) without any additional shipping fees. Three Store will bear all shipping costs related to the product.
Second: Return Policy
Products may be returned to Three Store in the following cases:
Damaged Product:
If the product is damaged, it may be returned without any additional shipping fees. Three Store will bear all shipping costs related to the product.
Incorrect Product Received:
If the customer receives a product that does not match the purchase order, it may be returned without any additional shipping fees. Three Store will bear all shipping costs related to the product.
General Conditions
Products cannot be exchanged or returned in the following cases:

If the package has been opened or there is any evidence that the product has been used.

If the product is a clear phone case or a screen protector.

If the product is returned without its original packaging.

If the product is returned without the attached invoice.
Important Notes

Products are accepted for exchange or return within a maximum of two (2) days from the date the customer receives the product.

If, upon inspection, the product is found to be damaged or not matching the purchase order, Three Store will bear all additional shipping costs.

If, upon inspection, the product is found to have no damage, the customer will bear all additional shipping costs.
